Certified pre-owned phone and device sales are accompanied with a 90 day warranty at the time of sale and a 2 day money back guarantee. The 2 day money back guarantee ensures that the customer can return their device for a complete refund within two days of purchasing the device. However, there will be a 20% restocking fee. This warranty applies to the product purchased at the time of sale. The coverage of this warranty applies to the device and any malfunctions that fall within the responsibility of the item purchased. Covered warranty claims include; malfunctioning parts, damaged battery, damaged internal parts, and any problem that was not caused by the purchaser. This warranty does NOT cover lost and stolen devices, or any parts repaired by companies other than 360 Wireless. Any physical damage, internal damage, rooting, or flashing inflicted to the device by the purchaser will render the device inoperable and is NOT covered by the 90 day warranty offered by 360 Wireless. 360 wireless can repair these conditions but the purchaser will be responsible for the additional cost of the repair and parts, which will be pre-determined and discussed before any repair takes place. For the warranty to be claimed, the purchaser must have the receipt of the purchased item, proving it falls within the 90 day warranty period.

 

Cell Phone and Tablet Repair Lifetime Warranty:

All repairs are accompanied by a Lifetime warranty on the replaced part. This warranty applies to the product and part repaired. The coverage of this warranty applies to the replaced part and covers all functionality of the part. Warranty covers the part and any issue that can be proved to be caused by the repair technician. The warranty does not cover lost or stolen devices, or any parts repaired elsewhere. The warranty only covers 360 wireless work. Any physical damage, internal damage, rooting, or any software editing are not covered by the warranty. 360 Wireless can repair additional issues but the customer will be responsible for the additional cost of the repair and parts. Any item broken will be examined by tech to determine if it shall fall under warranty coverage.
